Listing Description

The Relative Lieutenant recently went to The Rupert Brooke in Grantchester, Cambridge and loved it so much he nominated them for Best Disabled Loo in the BBS Awards and he should know having helped me in some very unsavoury loos in the past. It’s really a true Gastropub and they serve a

“brasserie-style lunch and dinner menu boasting the very best regional ingredients with plenty of English and world flavours. On Sundays, we’re proud to champion the great British roast!”

It’s also a

“Traditional pub done up in classic chic, surrounded by greenery with a limestone patio to the rear.”

Rupert Brooke Has Had a Modern Extension ………
Tastefully Done & Has Good Access & Facilities
The Interior is Traditional and Reflected in the Disabled Loo

The lieutenant loved it and he agrees they have flat access in most of the restaurant (the upstairs terrace is out of bounds) and the loo can be seen for itself. All the right fittings and in the same decor of the pub/restaurant – no plain white walls here.

Rupert Brooke Grantchester Nominated for Best Disabled Loo at BBS Awards
All The Right Bars & In keeping With Decor of The Pub /Resto

They get 2.5 BBS Ticks as well as a nomination.
