Listing Description

Rosso boasts itself as a ‘bougie’ hang out for celebrities. Situated in a 116-year-old grade II listed building that was previously a bank.

The venue is co-owned by footballer Rio Ferdinand and is renowned it’s ‘excellent food, great service and buzzing atmosphere’.

Reviews on Trip Advisor aggregate to 4 stars but what about the accessibility? When asked and they said,

‘Yes we have wheelchair access and a disabled toilet on the ground floor bar area’.

Plain White Decor at Rosso With Tables near Natural Light. Good Spaces For Wheelchair Access & Flat Polished Floor. As a Buzzy Venue it May Be Noisy With Hard Surfaces
The Bar Has Tall Tables & No sign of a Lowered Bar Space
Restaurant is Brightly Lit & From Aggregated Reviews The Italian Food is Good & Cocktails Not too Expensive

No photos of the toilet and when you look at the entrance there is a low ‘ish’ step so we’ve assumed there’s a portable ramp or strong bouncers to help??. They also say they’re known for,

‘superb Italian dining in opulent surroundings. And although we regularly host well known faces, it’s our loyal customers who make Rosso what it is: A buzzy, glamorous dining spot where everyone is treated like a VIP’

Let’s hope they do the same for disabled VIPs??? It doesn’t appear to be too expensive with a £40 Xmas set lunch as of 2022. If anyone has been and can add to our review, contact us here

It appears stylish and somewhat accessible so we give them a provisional 2.5 BBS Ticks
