Both times it’s been a feast of Puglian food with generous portions that are reasonably priced. I’m also glad to say the service is efficient & friendly. I shared the ‘Arrosto Misto for 2; Pork & provolone bombette, homemade rustic sausage, lamb neck fillet & baby chicken diavola (half)’. I’m not a big meat eater but I didn’t leave a piece, delicious food that is definitely not fussy. The atmosphere is rustic, busy and genial. It seems to be the latest, ‘in the know’, place to go for the Notting Hill set but don’t let that put you off the Italian staff treat everyone the same!

Access is flat with smooth tiled floors and there’s a disabled toilet (although I didn’t see it for myself). The tables were good wheelchair height and it’s spacious. All in all a new favourite for a lively night out with plenty of meat – there are fish and vegetarian options. Going back to try the fish dishes…
