It was a great night and with an intimate ambience that was enjoyed by all. It was so good Charlie Allen now wants a concert every week! Oh and I nearly forgot we raised £1000 to help musicians with disabilities explore and improve their talents. This year we’re sharing the money between The Royal Academy of Music and a new venture Open Up Music, a charity that ’empowers young disabled musicians to build inclusive youth orchestras.’. We’re looking forward to BBS MIX 2018 but it’s going to be difficult to top this year and once again thanks to all the artists and helpers who donated their time – including Marlies, Edin, Ben (Charlie’s assistants) Nat the photographer, Roger Set Designer, Bar Manager Paul and Doorman Charlie No.2 …………..& everyone who donated so generously.
