Bisoux is a late night bar in Esher. I went here last week and I wasn’t sure what to make of the place, the music was very loud and noisy, makes you think about dancing but there wasn’t a lot of dancing going on…  A very simple and stylish bar, convenient if you live nearby but not sure it’s worth a long journey, especially since the disabled access isn’t great.

Behind the bar is the classic cocktails, bottles of champagne and various wine and shots, all made very well but service can be a bit slow, very small bar surrounded by many thirsty people. There is limited seating probably worth booking a table if you go along and if you’re in a wheelchair probably worth mentioning that you’ll need a lower table as most of them were high tables.

As for disabled access, there is a lip at the front door and then a relatively small passage into the bar so you’ll have to send someone ahead to get the door, once inside the place is flat but they don’t have a disabled toilet unfortunately.

Bisoux Lounge gets a 1.5 BBS Ticks.

I went here last Friday and it was very quite before 10. The staff were nice and friendly except for the managers who like to boss you around. They kicked us off a table and were very rude.. Never told us it was reserved, or anything, I spent a lot of money on the cocktails. Avoid any fizz until well into the evening as they use the old bottles up first, we has a couple of flat glasses of champagne which was very disappointing. needless to say we won’t be going back.
