We really like this stylish range of unique Christmas baubles, each designed by a different celebrity, so we thought we’d share them here! They’re on display this Christmas in The Shard and they’re being auctioned for children’s charity, Kids Company.
The project has been curated by British fashion designer Matthew Williamson and includes baubles from a diverse range of people including Gwyneth Paltrow, Rankin, Sienna Miller, Zaha Hadid and Mary J. Blige. They’ve come up with some interesting designs – particularly Hadid’s which was produced with a 3D printer and bears a resemblance to her famous stadium design. You have to like it when people do something a bit different with their Christmas decorations.
The decorations are being auctioned for Kids Company, a charity that provides practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children. Their services reach 36,000 and intensively support 18,000 children across London.
The decorations are on display at the Aqua Shard restaurant, on the 31st floor of The Shard, throughout December. All the baubles are up for auction on Ebay until Sunday with a starting price of £100 per item.
