The Haven is a cafe, restaurant and bar in Lymmington. There are are two parts to The Haven, upstairs is a deck with a lovely view of the harbor and downstairs is the ‘snug’ which has a less formal atmosphere.

They are renowned for their seafood specials which vary each day depending on what fish have been caught. But to give you a sense of the sorts of dishes they do, some examples of past dishes include “King  Dived Scallops with Spicy Chorizo” and “Seared Tuna with a Sesame Seed Crust with Roasted Red Pepper Puree & Balsamic” – yum!

Unfortunately, we haven’t visited The Haven yet but from what I was told the upstairs restaurant is not accessible because there are lots of steps to get up, with no alternative route – which is a shame! However, downstairs in the ‘snug’ they have a disabled toilet and it’s all very accessible.

The Haven gets a provisional 1.5 BBS Ticks
