Rockstone is in Southampton and by the sounds of it they have got a very interesting setup with their disabled toilet! They do have one, fully functioning, hand rails an’ all, in the ladies but you have to get up a step to use it – so it’s a disabled toilet with bad access! That’s a first!?
There are steps at the front of the pub so if you send someone in to let the staff know, they’ll open the fire door for you – which has flat access. Once inside, all is well, no steps throughout but apparently the building is very small.
