There are two Jolyons hotels in Cardiff but they both have very different disabled facilities. They are reasonably priced and ‘Boutique’ in style.

I was told that the hotel in Cardiff Bay is very small which makes it hard to get around in a wheelchair. There are 3 steps to get into the hotel and there is no lift inside. They do have a room with a walk in shower but the room is not designed for less able customers.

On the other hand, the newer sister hotel on Cathedral Road, known as Jolyons No. 10, has better access. They have a flat side-entrance and a lift to the rooms, one of which is accessible with a walk in shower!

Jolyons No. 10 gets a provisional 2 BBS Ticks and Jolyons just 1.5.
