We haven’t audited Malmaison, Newcastle but we found out they have accessible rooms on every floor. All of them have walk in showers, hand rails and emergency cords.
As for the entrance there is a ramp in, however if you try to access the hotel round the back it may be a bit tricky.
To get to the restaurant you use the lift to the first floor, where there is a disabled toilet. There is also one by reception.
