Have you ever not been sure what you want to listen to? Or just not bothered to trawl through your iPod for the right song? Well now you don’t have to worry about all that because a pair of headphones have been designed that will read your mind and put the music that you want on for you.
Neurowear announced earlier this month that it’s developing a pair of headphones with an electroencephalography-enabled sensor — that is, a sensor that can read brain waves; not a word that I just made up.
The headphones and the sensor read your mind and, in tandem with an iPhone app, play music suited to your mood. These headphones, called Mico Headphones, promise “music inspiration from your subconsciousness.”
Basically, we’re talking about headphones which are smarter than their user. As a lazy person they sound brilliant to me. I’ll have two!
