34 is a new Brasserie in Grosvenor Square and is part of Caprice Holdings. It’s a lovingly restored art deco room and the restaurant food is typical brasserie style. However, you’re more likely to go there to be nosey and see who’s there and enjoy the decor!
As for the access there are about 5 steep steps in. There is a ‘stair-climber’ to help you up but I let the waiters carry me in! They also have a disabled toilet accessed via a private lift!
