Sanderson is a “5 Star luxury boutique hotel” in London.
It has been “transformed by Philippe Starck into a surreal Cocteau-like dream world, epitomizing a “new luxury” that is smart, pared down, and tempered with a healthy dose of wit and irony.”
We haven’t audited Sanderson yet but they said that there is a ramp to the left of the main entrance to get you in! There is lift access throughout the hotel and their restaurant, bar and Berner’s Street Terrace are all accessible!
The bar is on the ground floor and is all on one level – the disabled toilet is in the lobby next to reception.
We haven’t stayed at Sanderson but they told us they do have rooms which are ‘geared towards’ disabled access. They have handrails in some of the bathrooms, wide framed doors and it is possible to get wheelchairs into the shower.
Sanderson gets a provisional 2.5 BBS Ticks
The hotel has a beautiful outdoor courtyard resturant called Suka. Friendly staff who helped put down portable ramp to get to Resturant area. Perfect venue for a special evening.
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review for us, it’s great
