Maze is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, the current cuisine is french/asian. I haven’t tried the food recently but it used to be excellent. The atmosphere was lively and not at all like a hotel restaurant.
Maze has relatively easy access through the hotel (London Marriott Grosvenor Square) via a platform lift which was a bit temperamental, last time I was there it got stuck… They do have a disabled toilet in the restaurant!
