We called Moro and a very friendly waitress informed us that there is a disabled toilet and there are no steps to get to it. There is also a ramp into the restaurant. She recommended calling in advance so that they can arrange to seat you at a table with more space.
TimeOut gave Moro a great review saying that the food sounded simple and the mullet was:
