I have been to Le Vacherin in Chiswick. They are very hospitable and I once spent a notorious New Years Eve here.

It is an extremely good French restaurant – it’s named after the French dish of  melted cheesed with truffles in it! One of the reviews on the restaurant said “A great bistro simple, assured French cooking served smartly to a relaxed clientele and at a decent price. If you’re a cheese fan this is probably one of the best places to try it in.”

Their access is quite good, with parking outside and wooden floors throughout. However there is no disabled toilet and the toilets for the able-bodied are up some large steps, so you can use the disabled toilet in the pub next door!
