Alma de Cuba is in Liverpool and we haven’t audited it yet but we’ve discovered that it’s is in a listed building, so they haven’t got a lift to the upstairs bar. However downstairs is accessible and if you call before going they’ll reserve a suitable table.
As for the steps, there is one into the building, which someone will obviously help you up. The only steps inside the restaurant are those upstairs but you don’t need to go there as the disabled toilet is on the ground floor!
