We haven’t audited 42 The Calls in Leeds yet but they told us that there is no problem entering the hotel, other than a slight lip in the doorway. It is ’boutique’ with plenty of luxuries.
However, none of the rooms are specifically made wheelchair accessible although they can be accessed easily. There will be no wheel in shower or grab bars in the bathroom – so it’s not all that practical! The breakfast bar is also not accessible but they can bring the food to your room.
According to the website they do not have a designated disabled toilet in the hotel but one room has a wide doorway and grab bars in the bathroom which can be used. The website also said they have ‘ample parking spaces’
42 The Calls gets a provisional 2 BBS Ticks!
