The Hotel Fox is a really stylish hotel in Copenhagen. It’s youthful, vibrant and urban. Each room has a completely different design with differing levels of zaniness. All of them are unique, to say the least.
In the hotel website’s own words ‘Each room is an individual piece of art – from wacky comical styles to strict graphic design, from fantastic street art and Japanese Manga to simply spaced out fantasies… One thing we promise: You haven’t seen anything like it.’ It’s all very trendy and happening.
Unfortunately, the hotel is completely inaccessible. Apparently, the lift is too small to fit a wheelchair. This does sound like a very small lift. In any case, none of the rooms have any disabled facilities. Having only spoken on the phone it’s hard to judge how sympathetic we should be to the hotel – whether it is just architecturally impossible to improve the access or not.
It might be worth checking out the restaurant downstairs, Hero, which serves sushi… Of course it does.
The Hotel Fox receives a provisional 1 BBS Tick.
