The G Hotel is a five-star hotel in Galway with stunning interiors designed by famous hat maker Philip Treacy.

The exact location of the hotel is slightly confusing. The staff are, apparently, currently ‘working out’ exactly where, on a map of Ireland, they can be found.  However, the extravagance and luxuriousness of the design may make it worth the extra effort involved in tracking the hotel down.

The hotel has one disabled room with a walk in shower and a further three with grab rails in their bathrooms. The restaurant, Gigi’s, was named as one of the best in Ireland in 2011 by Paolo Tullio in the Irish Independent and also has a disabled toilet.

The G Hotel is bold, bright and striking inside and receives a provisional 2.5 BBS Ticks.
