My ankles and feet swell in the hot weather mainly because of lack of movement. I’ve tried many things but usually just wear nothing on my feet except nail varnish. My latest colour is Yves st Laurent Parme Graffiti No.13. A purple/lilac colour it also doesn’t stand out when my feet go red!!
Expensive as a nail varnish but no more than a good bottle of wine in a restaurant or bar (and it lasts longer).
