Bumpkin I have been told by Lieutenant No1 and The American Lieutenant are worth a visit. Owned by the same group that owns one of my favourite bars – Bar Eclipse – I will definitely be trying them soon. There are 3 Bumpkin Westfield Stratford City, Bumpkin South Kensington and Bumpkin Notting Hill. They all serve seasonal British food at lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. The kitchens are all open and you can buy their produce as well.
In the meantime they completed an access questionnaire and their response follows:
South Kensington has street level access and a fully functional disabled toilet on the same level. The floors are wooden.
Westfield Stratford has flat access and a fully functional disabled toilet in the main restaurant. The floors are tiled.
Notting Hill has a portable ramp for access (I assume there’s a step), but once in everything is on one level with wooden floors. There is a disabled toilet with everything you need except a mirror.
Based on these reports they get a provisional 2.5 BBS Ticks.
