My previous post on the Apple Store in Westfield 15th Dec, got an immediate response from the manager, Kieran. They can’t change the store layout immediately but he is keen to make sure my next visit will be easier. If he can’t show me the Mac I want on a lower table he will make sure he finds it in the stockroom and bring it to me. They are also going to make sure that any disabled visitor is immediately helped by the guys on the door. Good response to my gentle reproach – shows it works!
