I went to the Apple Store in Westfield to look for a new Mac; what a nightmare. It was full of people and any knowledgeable assistant was busy. But the worst thing was that all the tables that displayed the  equipment were at nose height if you’re in a wheelchair – that included the pricing information. I had to leave as claustrophobia took over, along with impatience and frustration. You would expect Apple to accommodate disability issues!
