Glynis West sent this review and believes, like we do, that venues should show pictures of their access/rooms/facilities. She recently tried to book some hotels in Valencia by emailing them and asking for photos but gave up!! She has however recommended the Princesa Yaiza Hotel Resort in Lanzarote , as

‘all the information of its rooms are on its website and as I have stayed there I can vouch for the accuracy of the information.’

This a 5 Star resort and from the photos it appears they also have a swimming pool hoist! There’s a spa but we’re not sure of it’s accessibility however it does look very inviting.

In a review by Alex polizzi in the Telegraph she said of this hotel,

we found the scale overwhelming at first, I don’t think we have ever experienced such a slick operation; and this is slick in a good way. Despite the sheer number of guests, the maintenance is extraordinary. There is not one leaf upon a pathway, or a sunbed out of place. Staff are universally enthusiastic, charming, helpful and well informed.

They get 2.5 BBS Ticks for style and for displaying their access information, even if the further detail is in Spanish.
