Update Aug 2015: Madison, located on the roof of 1 New Change (up 6 floors via a lift), is now more of a Modern European Restaurant with small bites and more substantial offerings from the Josper Grill (indoor charcoal barbecue) specialities such as Baby Back Pork Ribs & 35 Day Aged Ribeye. They also have plenty of salads such as the delicious Grilled Peach with Buffalo Mozzarella. Ownership is now in the hands of D&DLondon (owners of our highly rated South Place Hotel, Angler Restaurant, Sartoria – all have 3 BBS Ticks). This is just short at 2.5 BBSTicks. They have excellent flat access to all areas – the lift down the three steps to the restaurant is excellent and definitely works, a disabled toilet, an excellent cocktail bar and views of London. The ambience is very efficient and busy in the restaurant and the manager even gave us an umbrella to fend off the torrential rain on our way out. The terrace has plenty of cover but you can’t avoid an English summer! Definitely going back for cocktails.

Madison is a Tapas restaurant in London, right opposite St Paul’s Cathedral and so has some gorgeous views of the city!

The menu is “based largely on ‘full-on flavour’ meat dishes whilst entertaining simple seafoods, persuasive pastas, complete-meal salads and quality puddings that the city crave, the restaurant will cater for all day brasserie dining in stylish yet comfortable surroundings”

Their disabled access is very good!! The only steps are from the elevator to the restaurant but there is a lift to get you down them which is unfortunately not running, so the staff will happily help you over the steps. There is plenty of room around tables and a fully equipped disabled toilet!
