Listing Description

Harvey Nichols 4th Floor Restaurant is accessible via the side entrance in Victoria Quarter which we’re told is entirely flat. There is then a lift to the 4th Floor and they have a fully equipped disabled toilet. The Cafe has a ‘wall of windows (that) reveals a striking city-rooftop vista, while stunning metallic finishes, teal leather seats and statement mirrors and lighting all contribute to the Café’s luxurious setting’. It’s had consistently good reviews and the odd bad one for it’s European brasserie style food. They get an un audited 2.5 BBS Ticks
